Public interest lawyer, nonprofit leader, and social justice advocate Rebecca Ballard launched Maven Women to move the needle in the global garment industry and provide additional options for professional women’s attire. Maven Women designs comfortable, flattering investment pieces with just the right cut co-created in the spirit of slow fashion. Their styles are timeless wardrobe staples with interesting, modern twists easily dressed up or down for an elegant day-to-evening look. Maven Women will empower both the garment workers who make their clothing and the women who wear it, weaving together elegance and social consciousness.
Leading social entrepreneurs, labor and human rights leaders, and thoughtful consumers will drive change together. Over a hundred leaders in Washington, DC, including anti-human trafficking advocates, social entrepreneurs, human rights advocates, economists, and members of the media, came together to celebrate the next step in the Maven Women product co-creation process at the Compass Rose restaurant on Saturday, June 25th. Attendees shared their feedback on key design elements and heard from local experts on issues related to sustainable fashion and the global garment industry.

Please measure yourself with the tape measure taut but not tight.
How To Measure:
Size Chart: Please closely review our size chart before purchasing. If you are between sizes we encourage you to order the larger size. As our clothing is not custom sized you may need to make alterations to get the perfect fit.
XSP: This size has the same bust, waist, and hip measurements as our XS but with a shorter length in the torso, skirt, and arms. It also has closer fitting shoulders and armholes shaped for a petite build.
